I am a managing Director of New Start 4 U CIC. I am also a qualified and experienced careers advice and guidance specialist. I am a member of The Career Guidance Institute, Coventry University Enterprise Hub and Polish Midlands Business Club, VAC. In 2011 I took part in the European Union Funded – S tudy Visit, where I researched and reported on: The role of career guidance, information and training for the labour market in various European countries. I specialise in personal development, career guidance, mentoring and coaching. In 2014 I established the Career Development and Learning Centre – Community Interest Company, where I am employed as a managing director and senior adviser. I work mainly but not only, with migrants from EEA. I secured funding for a number of projects which were successfully completed, with better results than were expected. Statistically, almost 90% of my customers moved on in their careers and achieved their planned goals.

Since joining New Start 4U in 2017, I have honed my expertise in finance, HR, and project delivery. As a dedicated Project Manager, I strive to provide bespoke, individualized support to each of our clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with precision and care. My comprehensive understanding of every aspect related to New Start 4U’s services and delivery allows me to effectively oversee and manage our projects. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management obtained in the UK, I bring a solid academic foundation to my role. I am currently studying Business Management at University. I have been working as a Project Administrator for New Start 4 U since April 2023. My main job is to assist with project management duties and coordinate the tasks of the project team. I have always been highly organised and tidy; my strong organisational skills help me keep everything in order. I am passionate about helping people and I’m always willing to lend a hand. Regardless of the situation, I strive to be understanding and supportive to everyone around me. Working for New Start 4 U is a great opportunity for me to put my skills into practice, whilst also helping those in need. I am passionate TEFL and MA graduate with a rich background in teaching. My experience includes roles where I taught Syrian students across various levels and led the Conversation Café at Coventry Central Library, helping learners with diverse English proficiency and backgrounds. For me, teaching is an incredible opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the cultural and educational sectors while aiding students in mastering the English language. I am confident in delivering excellent and professional ESOL lessons, leveraging my cultural expertise and enthusiasm for student success. With my extensive teaching background and multilingual skills (I speak 5 languages), I easily connect with learners and create high-quality, tailored ESOL lessons that meet individual student needs.
